How to apply self-leveling flooring?

It is recommended that epoxy floors are installed between 10-30 degrees C. Use clean tools when applying epoxies! Many problems might occur when applicators are using dirty tools.

Make sure the surface is sealed properly before applying the main coating! Bubbles are always an issue with self leveling floors if the eubstrate has not been primed well. You want to be preventing bubbles from the outset. Make sure the surface has been well primed and sealed (preferably with two coats).

Make sure that the substrate profile is leveling friendly. Out tip would be to sprinkle some light quartz sand (0.1-0.3mm) on top of the primer so that the profile is a bit rough and gritty.

Make sure the working area is as sterile and dust free as possible.
